If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class Japan Post mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of receiving your prints.
1. Please email us at info@shogunmaster.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. We will give you the address to send your item(s) you wish to return.
3. Include with your return a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned. These include any fees/costs related to transportation fees, hotel costs, and entry permits.
These expenses that have been used will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the editing, you may request your images for a different style(editing) or size. You will not be subject to any additional fees for re-editing in this case, but you will have to pay for larger prints and return shipping.
